How do I place an order?
Since every piece is handcrafted and personalized, we handle orders directly via WhatsApp. Click any "Enquire" button to start a conversation with us, where we will finalize details and provide a custom quote.
Is there a minimum order for bulk?
For custom event bundles, we typically suggest a minimum of 20 pieces, but we are happy to discuss smaller boutique events as well.
How long does production take?
Individual items typically take 3-7 days. Larger event orders may require 2-4 weeks notice. We will provide an exact lead time during our WhatsApp consultation.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we primarily serve customers within India. If you are ordering from abroad, please message us to see if we can accommodate your request.
Can I change my personalization after ordering?
As long as production hasn't started, we can usually make small changes. Once an artisan has begun crafting your unique piece, we unfortunately cannot make alterations.
